COVID-19 Response

Your overall health and wellness remains our top priority.

We have implemented many changes in our office for the safety of our patients and staff. For example:

-Our office will communicate with you beforehand to ask some screening questions. You’ll be asked those same questions again when you are in the office. Your temperature will be taken prior to treatment with a touchless thermometer.

-We have hand sanitizer that we will ask you to use when you enter the office. You will also find some in the reception area and other places in the office for you to use as needed.

-You may see that our waiting room will no longer offer magazines, children’s toys and so forth, since those items are difficult to clean and disinfect.

-Appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing between patients. That might mean that you’re offered fewer options for scheduling your appointment. We will do our best to allow greater time between patients to reduce waiting times for you, as well as to reduce the number of patients in the reception area at any one time.

Before your next appointment, please note:

-We ask that you please remain in your car when you arrive and we will call you as soon as we are ready to begin your appointment. This will help us decrease traffic in the office and maintain social distancing between patients.

-Several early morning appointments each week have been reserved for patients over the age of 60 or those with serious pre-existing health conditions who have been isolating at home. Please contact us at 942-5541 for details about this service.

-We have a variety of online payment options available to allow you to maintain social distancing while in the office. Please visit our website www.northwoodfamilydentalcenter.com or contact us at 942-5541 for more information.

-While we appreciate families desire to be with their children during dental visits, we respectfully request due to the ongoing global health event that only one parent or guardian accompany children to their dental appointments at this time. Please do not hesitate to contact our office with any concerns or questions you may have.

We look forward to seeing you again and are happy to answer any questions you may have about the steps we take to keep you, and every patient, safe in our practice. To make an appointment, please call our office at 603-942-5541 or visit email us at [email protected]
